1. Yoga Exercise
We belong to a country of yoga originated. However, our busy lifestyle does not permit us to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Drinking lots of water and drinking a cup of green tea every day ensures that the body is free from harmful and unwanted toxins in the body.

Abrasive cleaning may devour your skin from its natural tendency to produce oils to keep the skin texture balanced. This may over dry the skin. Applying a few moisturizing and tightening masks using egg white, milk, tomatoes and honey can help the skin cleanse from within and help the natural oils to produce normally. A mask of tomatoes and raw milk applied to face is a deep cleanser. You may also prepare your own sugar scrubs to help your skin exfoliate and cleanse. To save ground coffee powder after brewing, use it as a scrub before a shower. This helps exfoliate the skin and rids the skin of cellulite.
4. Go Juice
Create your own juices by using fresh fruits and avoid preserved drinks and juices. They are your sure shot sweet enemies with a cloying attitude. Add pulp from green grapes on this mixture and apply the mixture on face for 15-20 minutes. This mask has a tightening effect and prevents wrinkles and baggy skin on the face.
